PALMIERI'S BANQUET GUIDE

TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS USING THE BANQUET FACILITIES, HERE IS A LIST OF GUIDE LINES TO HELP IN THE PLANNING OF YOUR PARTY.

YOU MUST DISCUSS YOUR BANQUET ONLY WITH THE BANQUET MANAGER, NO ONE ELSE IS AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT INFORMATION, I.E. CORRECTIONS, CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, ETC.. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL BANQUETS HELD AT PALMIERI'S. THEY ARE DUE SEVEN DAYS AFTER YOUR BANQUET IS CONFIRMED (BOOKED) BY US. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON. DEPOSITS ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BILL AT THE END OF YOUR PARTY.

STARTING TIMES FOR BANQUETS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
          LUNCHEONS START FROM 11:00am AND FINISH AT 3:45pm.
          EVERYONE MUST BE GONE BY 3:45pm

EVENING PARTY SUPPLIERS; CAKE DELIVERIES, FLORISTS, ENTERTAINMENT, ETC CAN DELIVER THEIR PRODUCTS AFTER 3:30, NO SOONER, WE WOULDN'T WANT TO INTERRUPT THE LUNCHEON PARTIES. ENTERTAINMENT MUST BE SET UP ONE HOUR BEFORE GUEST ARRIVAL. EVENING PARTIES START NO SOONER THAN 5:30pm AND ENDING TIMES ARE VARIABLE. ROOMS ARE OPEN FOR FIVE HOURS, AFTER THAT TIME, ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THE WAIT STAFF ARE ADDED. SERVERS ARE 2% ADDITIONAL FOR THE SIXTH HOUR AND 3% ADDITIONAL FOR THE SEVENTH HOUR. BARTENDERS, AFTER FIVE HOURS, ARE $15.00 PER HOUR PER BARTENDER. WE ARE SORRY BUT NOTHING IS PERMITTED TO BE ATTACHED TO THE WALLS OR CEILING. ONLY TABLE OR FLOOR DECORATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE. NO TABLE CONFETTI. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, THE BANQUET SUPERVISOR WILL DIRECT YOUR DECORATING ACCORDINGLY.

NO LIQUOR, BEER, WINE, OR ANY OTHER ALCOHOLIC OR NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT IN TO THE RESTAURANT OR BANQUET ROOMS. IF SO, A CORKAGE FEE WILL APPLY.

ONLY COOKIES AND CAKES ARE PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO YOUR PARTY.
WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SET UP TABLES FOR THEIR DISPLAY.

IF ANY DAMAGES ARE INCURRED BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM, SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR GUESTS. CHARGES MAY BE INCURRED FOR EXTRA CLEAN UP FOR TABLE CONFETTI USE, CANDLE WAX, OR OTHER MISUSE OF THE ROOMS. ALL FOOD IS THE PROPERTY OF PALMIERI'S RESTAURANT. WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN SERVING AN ABUNDANCE AND VARIETY OF FOOD ON OUR BUFFETS SO YOUR GUESTS CAN ENJOY OUR FINE FAIR TO THEIR HEARTS CONTENT, BUT NOTHING IS PERMITTED TO BE PACKAGED FOR TAKE OUT.
